Please Help Me

Suddenly got many many sin upon me jor...
i tell ill everyday,
i went Pub and drink alcohol,
i become lazy to go church,
i feel easy to get angry,
i cant control my emotion,
i hurt people heart more frequent than last time,
i feel hate with my sister in Christ,
many many confusing in my heart,

Oh, no~~~
Why become like that, that is not what i want...
i don't know how to go back to the kingdom of God.........
